Prepare your Apples

Take out a colander and place you apples inside, move over to the sink, wash and dry your apples carefully.

I also like to towel dry my apples to remove any wax from the skin that you get on store bought Apples

I wash and dry both Organic and non Organic Apples because it removes any dirt or wax from the apple and also stops you transferring any nastiness from the skin onto your hands and then back onto the fruit as you peel the Apples.

Peel your apples (If not Organic)

Take out a potato peeler and carefully peel your apples if they aren't Organic

Remove the core

I always remove the core from the apple as the seeds contain Amygdalin which converts into cyanide in the digestive system. You can pick the seeds out individually and then juice the core it you don't want to waste that part of the Apple
