Kale

You know we love Kale here at JT!!!

We’ve been raving on about it for years so, we wont bore you with details but…. Did you know Kale is a nutritional powerhouse, has more Calcium than Milk and contains lots of lovely antioxidants.

Kale is best juiced though as cooking it can destroy it’s antioxidant goodness.

Raspberry

Raspberries are one of our favorite berries, they’re packed with antioxidants like Vitamin C, Quercetin, Gallic acid and Ellagic acid.

Not only do they taste great, they generally contain low levels of pesticides…. We appreciate that Organic isn’t always possible but preferable if you can find them.

Prepare the Kale

Remove the ends of the Kale stem, so they are nice and freshly cut. Pop the Kale in a collander and wash the leaves thoroughly in luke warm water. Leave to drain and shake off any excess water prior to juicing

Prepare the Raspberries

Rinse the berries under cold water and set them aside, remove any excess water prior to juicing.

Throw everything in the Juicer and enjoy!

Put 1 leaf of Kale in the Juicer, pop the rasperries in to help the juicer to process them and add te rest of the Kale. Voila!
