Remove the ends of the Kale stem, so they are nice and freshly cut. Pop the Kale in a collander and wash the leaves thoroughly in luke warm water. Leave to drain and shake off any excess water prior to juicing

Prepare the Passion Fruits

Literally just cut the fruits open and scrape out the flesh and seeds, you can put them directly down the juicers chute to save on cleaning

Add your produce to the Juicer and enjoy

Shake any excess water from your Kale leaves and put them through your juicer, add a leaf first and then put the Passion fruit seeds in so that they are pushed through the juicer with the Kale. This will ensure you get all of the goodness from the Passion fruits and they aren't stuck inside your juicer at the end.

Pour and enjoy!
